Ayat Al Kursi

قال الله تعالى في كتابة العزيز:

Cat Stevens Criticizes Pope on Islam

LONDON -- The singer formerly known as Cat Stevens, who converted to Islam and changed his name to Yusuf Islam, joined the furor over Pope Benedict XVI's recent comments about Islam by criticizing the pontiff on Sunday.

In the pope's controversial speech in Germany this month, Benedict quoted words of a Byzantine emperor that characterized some of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad as "evil and inhuman."

The singer, whose hits such as "Moon Shadow" and "Peace Train" made him a star in 1960s and 1970s, said in an interview with the British Broadcasting Corp. that the pope's words proved he was not infallible.

"At one point, I used to believe that the pope was infallible," Islam said, referring to teachings he received while attending a Catholic school as a boy.

The pontiff "should have looked elsewhere if he wanted to quote but we respect the pope and his position," he said, adding it was good Benedict had retracted his statement "in a way."

Since his conversion to Islam in 1977, the 58-year-old has become well known to Britons as a campaigner for good causes.

In 2004, after flying to the United States from London, the singer was barred from entering the country after U.S. security officials said his name
was on list of banned individuals.

Ramadan Kareem

Well, maybe one day left and Ramadan will start. The Holy Month of Ramadan. I hope we will learn how to benefit by this priceless month and work right in it. I hope we will start THE TRUE JIHAD "resisting the evils inside us". To struggling and fighting our bad whims and desires. Not only stop eating food or drink water, but also stop being evil and try to learn to be tolerant and sympathize with people. It's a great chance for us to starting over and open dialogues. It's a big chance to gain love and mercy and realize the real goals of Holy Ramadan.
It's really so sad to see people thinking that Ramadan is the month of eating all kind of foods or wasting it watching endless series and shows. You should rise to the real level of Holy Ramadan.

When I open my computer, it's starting with music "starting music" and ending with "shutdown music". When I learnt how I could change it, I put different sounds: music, birds singing, parts of songs, etc. then, I found excellent thing to start and end my computer with.
Starting with: Beesm Allah Al Rahman Al Raheem= In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Ending with: Al Hamdu Le Allah Raab Al A'Lameen= Praise Be To Allah, Lord of the Worlds.

Now, you should know how to apply this in your computer. Go to:

Start >>> Settings >>> Control Panel

Then double Click on (Sounds and Audio Devices). Then, Choose Sounds Section. Down in "Program Events", Scroll down to: Exit Windows, Click on it and choose Browse, then Go to where you saved the audio of ending sound and choose it. Then, scroll down to: Start Windows, Click on it and choose Browse, then Go to where you saved the audio of Starting sound and choose it. Then, Click on Apply and Ok.
Now, you will hear what you chose for ending and starting every time you open or close your PC.

Remember: only wav Formats are accepted.

I hope you will try my own idea of starting with God name and ending with thanking him. Even for a short period if you can. You can choose "None" if you don't like to start any sound or music in your PC. It's all up to you.

Me and Protestant !!

I should admit my ignorance about Christian denominations. I mean I know the names, but I don't know details and differences. I talked once with a dear friend about that. We just started talking and then, we reached that point when he mentioned that Catholics and Protestants are different. He said then that I talked like Protestant "he is Catholic". So, I amazed by that. I'm Muslim, but we could have same thoughts.

Then, I found a book has brief information about Protestant:

They followed Martin Luther who broke away from Catholic Church and he hanged his famous Protest on its door.

He declared that Christian should submit only for Scripture and nothing else. Only Bible has the authority.

He refused the power of Pope or anyone else and said: pope has no authority.

He said: Churches and Priests have no power to eliminate sins and each one responsible of his own sins.

He refused to pray using non-understandable language as he consider the prayer should be from heart to God.

He refused the idea of bread from Jesus' body and wine from his blood.

He said that the divine Supper was only a reminder from the past.

He denied the monasticism.

He also has forbidden using pictures and statues in churches and prayed for them.

Martin Luther (1483-1546). He was a German priest. He hanged his protest on the door of Wittenberg Church. He translated Bible to German.

I just translated what I found in the book (did I make any mistakes). I think he was somehow right and I guess I agree with him.

Then, I decided to googling about Protestant and this priest. I couldn’t really trust what I found,,, like "Be Careful of Protestant Teachings",, WHY?!!!

Then, I found Martin Luther quotes. I liked some such as :

“I have held many things in my hands, and I have lost them all; but whatever I have placed in God's hands, that I still possess”

“How soon 'not now' becomes 'never'.”

What is the differences between Priests and Bishops??

Can you tell me a little bit about Protestant?

Well, you could say:
Why you want to know all this about Protestant?? Do you want to convert or what? Why don't you ask your Christian Friend?

I just want to know more about it. Just Curiosity! I will not swap Islam with anything no matter what. As for my Christian friend, I want to give him a break and give you the chance to tell me. He was wonderful and gave me "with passion" all links and explained patiently many things I never knew. He was GREAT (besides, he is Catholic and maybe he can't answer about Protestant).

LEAVE THE POPE ALONE!!!

Yes. I say leave him alone. Can't you believe me?! Why?!

We should find an excuse for him for what he said. So, I found out that he is POOR IGNORANT PERSON!!!

He has no idea what is Islam ,,, what is real Islam stands for. He knows nothing about Islam teachings and I feel really really sorry for him.

This new pope hasn't that lovely charisma of old pope. Old pope (Pope John Paul II) was so special and I liked him so much. I told my Christian friends about that long time before and I told them "frankly" that I liked the old pope, but I don't like the new one. So, now I can be sure about that!. (Oh, yes, it wasn't good to judge someone by his Look, but sometimes some people give you uncomfortable impression even with their Looks only)

He needs to have very intensive courses to learn more about Islam and other religions too,, to know more about History and who really used and still uses religions for his illusive HOLY WAR.

Man in his position needs to balance his words and his speeches,, needs to appear appropriately.

Q: If the Pope is ignorant like that, how can we blame ordinary and simple people????!!!!!

My Father taught me to balance my words and taught me that tongue can be the worst part of human's body if he let it control him wrongly. My father, as a simple man, taught me to respect all people, no matter who and consider the old ones as my parents and who's in my age or younger as my siblings. This is what my father wants me to be. So, how about person can we consider him as symbol for most of Christians??!!!

Anyway, I really didn't care about what he said or says and I think we should ignore him.
He should learn to listen more and speak less. Good advice for him and for all of us. But God, someone should help him to know more about other religions and about history!
No No No, I'm busy right now!! :D

Oh, as some of us say here, IF YOU ARE REAL MAN WITH REAL PRINCIPLES, you should criticize what Zionists did, what Bush Gang did and what they and many others still do. Their own HOLY WARS are still going on without any clear signs to stop!

The pope words didn't hurt me as much as some stupid reactions of some Muslims. I really hate to see such reactions like that and not represent us, as moderate Muslims and real tolerant Islam. Please brothers and sisters,, don't hurt Islam again by yourselves….if pope or any person hurts Islam with unenlightenment…we can understand that he or she knows nothing to judge in right way, but how can we fix his unsound view about Islam with such ugly reactions?!!

Oh, Dear Karin. She made new Tag and I think it is a little bit tough. Let's see:

1) Was there any incident in your life which you feel, influenced you in particular?
I guess the death of my brother was too hard on me, as I never thought I would lose him. I always feel sorry for who lost dear ones but I never knew the bitter taste of losing someone dear. That made me feels that God is not caring and not loving. Millions of questions hit me and I wondered WHY?. I know I was silly and couldn't go beyond the tragedy, but now I think that was something in God's hand and he is the Omniscient. We only look at things in our ways and in our limited knowledge, but he is the Knower of the things unseen.
2) What are you afraid of? Please name at least ONE example!
Afraid Of!! I don't know!! Maybe to die without achieving what I dreamt of!
3) Is there any nature-event, you particularly like (i.e. thunderstorm, rain, snow ect.)?
I love them all! I love rain mostly as I go out and let rain drops hit my skin. That give me great feelings and rain drops are really pure and special,,, prophet Mohammed used to go out and let rain drops touch his body and he says: it's come pure from sky and from God.
4) What kind of sport (if any) are you fond of or even actively pursue?
I used to love soccer games, but know I don't watch sports that much. However, I like defensive games like karate.
5) Do you easily get nervous or upset? "Blow up"?
Sometimes, Yes, if it was too much on me!
6) Do you dread getting older? Feel the biological clock ticking?
Oh Yes :D ,, that can be funny because when I was study and busy I didn't care about age and getting old idea. Nevertheless, after I graduated and stayed without job, I started to count and think. I learnt one important thing though "plenty of free times make life worse".
7) Are you more a city-person or prefer the country-side?
I'm a countryside lover! I love simple life, I love farms and deal with nature and not stick into Iron and asphalt city.
8) Do you allow any kind of fashion to rule over your taste?
Well, sometimes we love to change and try new things, so I do that too.
9) Are you more on the introverted or extroverted side?
I don't know again! But as I know that I love to deal with people and meet new people. I can even smile and talk with strangers and my big brother knows how I can smile and get closer to any one even strangers without any worries. The power of smile again!

10) If you'd have to characterize yourself with one sentence - what would you say?
Tough question! How I can characterize myself. I think people who deal with me can answer this better than me. But, I know I'm not the best person in this world and in the same time I'm not the worst one too :)

9/11 Tragedy

Back to that day. I was in my room. I don't remember what I was doing when my brother rushed in and said America under attack!!!. What?!!! I couldn’t figure out what he was talking about. I couldn’t imagine what really happening there. I went in hurry to our living room to see the news on TV. I sat in the nearest sofa and my eyes were clinging to the screen with confused feelings. I couldn't believe what I was watching. I couldn’t hold myself and I cried when I saw an old lady holding her son's picture hoping to find him alive. I was shocked to see humans in that situation. Yes, I was sad and I cried. They are like us,,, an ordinary people, Muslims and non-Muslims. We don't gloating over people's grief and misfortune.
In fact, we have more feelings about tragedies and misfortune. We used to watch that every day.

Did Palestinians cheered for that?!
I don't think that was true. Even if SOME of them did that, that will not reflect the majority of them as they are suffer everyday and lose lives and taste the bitter of tragedies and this never-ending. So, it's unlikely Palestinians will do such thing. Also, I heard about Jews did the same, but I didn't watch any, so it's hard to say it was true or not.

There are still many theories, especially the theory of conspiracy. I have my suspicions too about what happened that day. Yes, could some misguided young men did that horrible sin and killed innocent people. But, what if that American administration knew about that plan and did nothing to stop it. They have no problem to sacrifice people's lives which can pave the way for blocked plans, like invasion other countries.

Lots of sings and small details can saw the seeds of doubts inside each of us. I even received a flash about how did the plane hit the pentagon and there are many evidence proved that wrong. There was no plane.

Anyways, that can hurt more,, to know that the one who should protect you, has allowed the tragedy to go on for other purposes.
As I see, people think about 9/11 tragedy and forget the American administration reply. American administration did worst than the hijackers. They killed endless innocent people and families. I can't forget the Afghan children who buried alive under their clay houses. I still memorize them as it happened yesterday (even Taliban prisoners were killed savagery). Iraqi children fight diseases for their lives when they were under siege, not only children, even old people like my friend's parents who died because of the lack of medicines. After the invasion "under bunch of lies" more people died, more crimes done by Americans, but no one was convicted. They are now the terrorists and kill/torture/rape and do all inhuman crimes. Even have secret prisons like Nazis around the world and most prisoners were kidnapped from their countries or other countries with no single accusation. Most of them are innocent and did nothing wrong. Some released with no charges, but at least they are alive,, while some returned homes as bodies,, tortured bodies, like that Yemeni man who returned to his family as body with clear signs of torturing on his body and his family want to know "who killed him". They are sure he will never kill himself.

Yes, we are sad and angry for whom lost their lives in that day, but we are more sad and angry for the endless crimes done so far by Americans under that fragile reason "War On Terror".

I found this touching movie flash about the tragedy. That really touched me and I shed tears for that poor little girl Amy, with really touching songs too. I can imagine this girl in every country that suffered. I can imagine Iraqi Amy, Afghani Amy and Palestinian Amy…etc.
Even my own strong friend in Iraq who lost her parents and forced to leave her beloved school and study to work in early age,,, can you imagine her suffering at that time.!!

عندي ملاحظة واحدة للعرب والمسلمين المحترفين في الفلاشات ، لكان من الرائع أن تصمموا مثل هذه الفلاشات المؤثرة أيضاً بدل أن تكون فقط لأغاني غرامية أو أمور لا فائدة منها ، و لا تنقصكم القصص ، فهي يومية و لا تنتهي في بلادنا العربية و المسلمة المحتلة و التي تئن تحت وطأة الاحتلال البغيض أو الاعتداء و العدوان الجائر.
كنت أول ما وجدت هذا الفلاش في موقع لفلاشات و كان يحتل المركز الأول في المشاهدة والتصويت، كل الناس أحبته و أنا معهم ، لأنه بحق أثر بي و بغيري بل أدمع عيني لأنه قصص حقيقية و تحدث و أطفال يشردوا و يفقدوا أهاليهم و يحملون الألم و الحزن و الجرح منذ الصغر.
للأسف لست محترفة بالفلاشات و لم يسبق لي أن جربته ، و يا ريتني أعرف أن أصمم كهذه الفلاشات لكنت صممتها و رفعتها ليشاهدها الناس و يعرفوا قصص حقيقية تحدث يومياً لناس لا يشعر بهم احد و لا أحد يتذكر معاناتهم بشكل مؤثر إنساني يهز القلوب الحية .

تذكروا أن ما تفعلوه من خير سيكون في ميزان حسناتكم و تخيلوا كّم من الحسنات التي ستجنونها لما توجهوا طاقاتكم لنشر صور الحقيقة المرة التي يتعرض لها إخوانكم ، و لا تنسوا الأثر النفسي والسعادة لدى الغير مع دعائهم لكم.

هل أنت راضي عن مدونتك شكلا ومضمونا ؟
أحياناً نعم و أحياناً لا. صعب الحكم عليها. لكني أبقى متأملة أن أكون قد بدأت في تحقيق ما فتحتها لأجله. و أن تكون ذا فائدة للغير.

هل تعلم أسرتك الصغيرة بأمر مدونتك ؟
نعم و لا. أخبرت البعض منهم و لكن بدون تفاصيل. أفضل أن تبقى مساحتي الحرة فيها أوسع.

هل تجد حرجا في أن تخبر صديقا عن مدونتك ؟ هل تعتبرها أمرا خاصا بك؟
ولمّا الحرج! أخبرت البعض ممن أجد أنني اتفق معهم و نتشارك في نفس الفكر والتوجه. و كثير منهن أعجبن بالمدونة و بالفكرة.

هل تسببت المدونات بتغيير ايجابي لأفكارك ؟
نعم و كثيراً. من خلالها تواصلت بشكل راقي و رائع مع أشخاص لم أكن لأعرفهم بدون المدونات. "حلال هيبي" ساعدني في فهم الوضع بالدنمارك خلال أزمة الرسوم و من خلاله عرفت الكثير. كل واحد من المدونين أعطاني أفكار جديدة و منظور و نافذة أوسع للرؤية.

هل تكتفي بفتح صفحات من يعقبون بردود في مدونتك أم تسعى لاكتشاف المزيد ؟
في البداية نعم. لكني من خلال زياراتي لمن زاروني بدأت أصل للغير و هكذا. و بهذا عرفت عدد كبير و لا تزال المعرفة بهم تتسع.

ماذا يعني لك عداد الزوار ؟ و هل تهتم بوضعه في مدونتك ؟
ليس كثيراً. ربما لكي أشعر أن هناك فعلاً من يدخل و يقرأ ولو بدون مشاركة. المهم أن اعرف أن هناك فعلاً مهتم بما أنشره و اكتبه. لكن يبقى الأمر ليس مؤثر فيني.

هل حاولت تخيل شكل أصدقائك المدونين ؟
قليلاً. فهناك من أربطه بالصورة التي يضعها لنفسه. فاربط الشخص بالصورة حتى ولو كانت كرتونية. مثلاً الأخ "آدم" لا زلت أربطة ب نيلز و "حلال هيبي" أربطة بصورة الهيبي. وهكذا!

اعترف هل ترى فائدة حقيقة للتدوين ؟
طبعاً. لولاه لما عرفت بأحداث بعض مناطق بالعالم و لما توسعت مداركي لما يحدث بالعالم. ولما تعرفت بناس رائعين جديرين ملتزمين مثقفين.

هل تشعر أن مجتمع المدونين مجتمع منفصل عن العالم المحيط بك أم متفاعل مع أحداثه ؟
بالعكس! أيعقل أن يكون منفصل و الناس تكتب ما يحدث من أحداث بالعالم! من أزمة الرسوم إلى الاعتداء القذر على لبنان. كما أني وجدت اهتمام كبير بالمدونات من قبل الإعلام. أصبح لها قيمة و وزن في نشر الحقائق و الآراء. حتى استعانت بها الجزيرة و استعرضت ما يعرضه أحد المدونين اللبنانيين في فترة العدوان القذر على لبنان.

هل يزعجك وجود نقد بمدونتك أم تشعر انه ظاهرة صحية ؟
لا أنزعج إذا كان مفيد ، و ربما يساعدني في التطوير و البحث و تقديم الأفضل و تصحيح المعلومات لو كانت خاطئة. لكن الهجوم والشتائم الغير مبررة لا تليق بأي شخص مهما كان. فهو و إن بقى مجهول يعرف انه عبر عن نفسه و أسلوبه.

هل تخاف من بعض المدونات السياسية و تتحاشاها ؟
لا أبداً . و لما الخوف!!. بعضها رائع جيد و يقدم بأسلوب جميل. بعضها قد يكون مبالغ فيه و لا يعرف أن يقدم الشيء بشكل سلس راقي.

هل صدمك اعتقال بعض المدونين ؟
بصراحة. لا أعرف عن الأمر شيئاً!!

هل فكرت في مصير مدونتك حال وفاتك؟
لا! لكنها ستبقى لمن يجدها مفيدة. ولعل أحد صديقاتي ستتكفل بها و تتبناها.

ماذا تحب أن تسمع؟ ما الأغنية التي تحب وضع اللينك الخاص بها في مدونتك ؟
قد نحب الكثير من الأغاني. كل يوم كل شهر و كل سنه نحب أغاني معينة و لها فترة محدودة. حتى الفنانون قد ننتقل و نغيرهم و يأتي غيرهم. لهذا لا يمكن أن أضع أغنية و أقول أنها التي أحب و لن أغيرها مستقبلاً.
لكني أرى أن أفضل شيء ممكن أن أظل اسمعه سنيين طويلة و لا أغيره و لن أغيره هو القران الكريم. فهو يظل يهز القلب و يتغلغل بالروح. سأفضل أن أضع مقطع من أحد السور القرآنية الرائعة.

Are you happy/satisfied with your blog with its content and look?
Somewhat. Sometimes Yes and Sometimes No. I'm still hope I can give you what I really what to give you here.

Does your family know about your blog?
Some of them, but without any details. I prefer to keep this free space for me.

Do you feel embarrassing to let your friends know about your blog or you just consider it as a private thing?
Embarrassing!! Why?! No. some of them already know and maybe will share their own posts with me. They liked my blog and the idea of blogging.

Did blogs cause positive changes in your thoughts?
Sure!! Through blogs I communicated with some people who I will never know them in other ways and they helped me a lot to correct some pictures inside me or to put new pictures of some places. Like HalalHippie who opened with me a wonderful dialogue about the cartoons row and we exchanged information and that was great for me "Thanks HalalHippie". Each one of bloggers I met helped me somehow and opened for me new windows to see and know what really happened or the ideas about some issues.

Do you only open the blogs of who put comments on your blog or you love to go and discover more by yourself?
In the beginning, yes. However, when I visit who visited me, I found another people and then visit his or her blog and so on. By that, I knew so many and I'm still discover every day!

What does visitors counter mean to you? Do you care about putting it in your blog?
No really. I just put one only just to know there who's come and read my thought and my posts. Nevertheless, that not affects me so much!

Did you try to imagine your fellow bloggers and give them real pictures?
A little! I just connect or link some people here with the pictures they put it for themselves. Like Adam for example, I links him with Nils picture! HalalHippie links him with that cartoony Hippie man and so on.

Admit. Do you think there is a real benefit for blogging?
Yes. Of course. Without blogs, I wouldn't know anything happening in different parts of this world. Without blogs, I wouldn't refresh and increase my knowledge and my thoughts. Without blogs, I wouldn't know people like you, intelligent, nice, serious and wonderful from different countries.

Do you think that bloggers society is isolated from real world or interacts with events?
No. it's a very active society and correlated with real world and events. From cartoons row to that unjust and dirty aggression on Lebanon. The blogs have great impact in the real world and Media. I once watched Al-Jazeera broadcast a blog for Lebanese blogger during that aggression on Lebanon. Blogs society has its heavy weight and voice to spread truth and facts.

Does criticism annoying you or do you feel it's a normal thing?
No. if it's constructive and for good purposes, that will be useful to improve the blog or modify and correct some posts. While if it's only attacking or defaming without any single positive aim, that will not hurt me, but it hurt the same person who do that, even if he stayed anonymous to us, he/she knows him/herself and that represent his style.

Do you fear of some political blogs and avoid them?
Why fear?! No. some are really good and give it in good way while some are bad and not interesting at all.

Did you shock by arresting of some bloggers?
Honestly, I don't have any idea!!

Did you think about what will happen to your blog after you die?
NO! It will remains for all people if it's good and useful. Maybe one of my friends will take care of it and "adopt" it.

What do you like to hear? What's the song you like to put its link in your blog?
Ummm. There are endless songs we can like in each year. No, In each day, month, year. Even artists we can like the new one until another new one come and change the old with new. It's hard to say I like this one and I will not change my mind later. I know one thing I can listen to it and love it without change it forever. Holy Quran. Holy Quran trembles our hearts and permeates in our souls. I will prefer to put any wonderful verses of any chapter of Holy Quran.
